Support Consultant

Starting in our Support Team, you and your colleagues are responsible for assisting our customers and providing solutions for them. You must be able to know how to ask the right questions to get to the problem quickly and find the best solution. As a Support Consultant you will learn 4PS and our work processes quickly by getting to know our software and our customers!

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

What do we expect from you? You..

  • Have 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position;
  • Are skilled in communication, time management, customer-focused and problem; solving thinking, willingness to learn;
  • Are willing to learn quickly about our processes;
  • Have Business Central experience;
  • Are willing to come to our office in Birmingham at least 3 times a week.
