Hilti Concludes Acquisition of 4PS Group

Hilti announced the acquisition of the 4PS group at the beginning of July 2023. 4PS specialises in providing business process management software for the construction industry. With this acquisition, Hilti expands its software offering beyond asset management (ON!Track) and jobsite management (Fieldwire). By joining forces, Hilti and 4PS will take a stronger position in driving the digital transformation of the construction industry.

Founded in 2000 in the Netherlands, 4PS has expanded its presence to the UK, Belgium and Germany. The software solutions of 4PS have more than 70,000 daily users in the building construction, civil engineering and installation sectors.

Hilti is committed to retaining the approximately 350 4PS team members, including its management. The former owners of the company will remain on the Board of Directors of 4PS to support the integration in the coming years. The 4PS Group will continue to operate under its existing brand.
