4PS UK Shortlisted for Two Awards at WM People Top Employer Awards 2024

WM People, the leading platform for workplace management and employee engagement, has officially revealed the shortlist for its prestigious Top Employer Awards 2024. Celebrating excellence in various aspects of employment, these awards recognise the outstanding achievements of employers across the UK.

4PS UK are pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted in not one but two categories in the 2024 awards!

First, we have been shortlisted in the ‘Best for Mental Health’ category, which celebrates employers who have been exemplary in the way they have sought to protect their employees’ mental health.

Our next shortlisting is for ‘Best for Diversity and Inclusion’, an award for organisations that demonstrate actions taken to ensure equality of opportunity for all.

The Top Employer Awards 2024, sponsored by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme will be held in London at a grand ceremony on February 6th 2024.  Jenny Garrett OBE, a renowned Coach & Leadership Development Consultant, will be attending the awards as the keynote speaker. Jenny is known for her expertise in Diversity and Inclusion and team performance and is the author of “Equality vs Equity,” a seminal work on race issues in the workplace.

The 2024 awards mark the 14th annual celebration and highlight the importance of innovation and commitment among employers to foster an environment of growth and inclusivity.
