New release for 4PS Construct now available: UK Winter 22 release

The latest version of 4PS Construct has now been released to our customers: the Winter 22 release. With this release, we continue to optimise our software so that we can give our customers a future-proof ERP solution.

Here are some highlights from this release:

Be-Sync Information Portal (BIP) for UK Market

The Be-Sync Information Portal (BIP) is a 4PS integrated offering that enables you to configure and use SharePoint sites, which are integrated with 4PS Construct, for projects and service locations. You can store and collaborate on documents, both among employees and external partners.

With this release, we introduce an English-language version of the BIP, for the UK market. It also includes support for UK Subcontractor Order documents within Projects and Service Contracts.

4PS Field Service App

The 4PS Field Service App supports service engineers in their administrative processes while carrying out assignments on site. For example, they gain insight into the required materials, record hours worked or register extra costs.

In this Winter ’22 release, there is additional support for QR code scanning, more efficient document synchronisation, and new functionality for working with refrigerant gasses (regulated).

Data Administration

To reduce the volume of data held in 4PS Construct, we are gradually increasing options for compressing old data, and deleting old data based on a retention policy.

Building upon data administration options introduced in our previous Summer 22 release, this release adds data compression and deletion for Service & Maintenance, and a data retention policy for Estimates.
