Looking back: 4PS at Directions EMEA 2021 in Milan
After the virtual edition of Directions EMEA in 2020, this year we were eager to attend the in-person Directions conference in Milan, Italy. Between 27th and 29th October, Microsoft Dynamics 365 partners from all corners of Europe came together to share knowledge and learn about the latest innovations in the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. As a Microsoft Gold Partner, 4PS could not miss this event!
From predictive analysis with AI to automation with Power Automate
The 4PS delegates enjoyed the keynotes given by, among others, Mike Morton, General Manager at the Business Central team, who talked about the incredibly fast development in the Business Central platform. Other interesting topics included automation with the Power Platform, AI-driven predictive analytics and updates on the improved integration of Business Central with Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams. Furthermore, we got a unique look behind the scenes at the Dynamics 365 security team.
We found the presentations very inspiring and especially after a year of Teams calls, it was nice to finally exchange ideas with other European Microsoft partners in person. We are looking forward to the new developments that Microsoft will introduce in the near future and we are keen to work on translating these into innovative solutions for the construction industry.
