Growing bigger, they saw the need for introducing an all-in-one future-proof solution that would give them the visibility and control on their business. With core finance and construction capabilities and housebuilding functionality introduced in two phases to the business, 4PS Construct is excited to support Captiva Homes on their journey to digital transformation.

Choosing 4PS Construct

Iain Delaney, Chief Executive Officer at Captiva, is looking forward to working with 4PS Construct in the exciting phase of their business growth. ‘As we transition from single to multiple concurrent development sites, we recognised that we needed to invest in the processes and systems that would support this’, admits Iain. ‘We looked at several software options with the goal of coordinating and streamlining our finance, procurement and project management functions.  We were drawn to the Microsoft Dynamics platform because of its ability to evolve with us as we grow.  The 4PS construction package gives us the tailored industry functionality that we need and the ability to achieve a rapid roll out which was a key requirement.  We’re looking forward to getting started on the system and to its future integration with our front-end CRM’.
