The role

In this role, you will manage the development of our products from multiple perspectives. Firstly, it is essential to thoroughly understand the end-user experience. Secondly, you consider the technical aspect: what is feasible, scalable, and not to forget, maintainable. Finally, you think about how to best bring this to market and whether it fits within the 4PS strategy. As a Product Manager at 4PS, your role is diverse and involves engaging with many stakeholders. You will be part of our international team, working from our UK office in Birmingham, contributing to our global product management projects.

You will be responsible for the development, launch, and innovation of our products. Regularly engaging with customers to gather and understand their needs will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate globally with various stakeholders within 4PS, including developers, marketers, and the executive team. Your expertise as a Product Manager will ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of your product portfolio. Additionally, you will prioritize valuable ideas and maintain the right focus to drive product success.

Your skills

You have at least 5 years’ experience in the IT or software industry, preferably in a similar role. Besides that, it is a plus if you have experience in the construction industry and knowledge of the sector. Other qualities we would like to see in you:

  • You have strong stakeholders skills to bring together various internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • The skill to prioritize and balance different interests without stress.
  • A broad interest in our customers, along with attention to marketing and the development process.

Our product

Our product, 4PS Construct, is an ERP solution for Construction, Installation, and Civil Engineering companies. To ensure our software package is practical and efficient for all end-users, we have developed various products that are fully integrated within 4PS Construct. Think of web portals, apps, and graphical planning modules, usable on any device, making it a true all-in-one solution.
