4PS Customer Day 2024: Meet our speakers

Willem is an experienced product manager with more than 15 years of experience in both the business and scientific world. At 4PS, he is responsible for the Product Management team, which focuses on the development of products and services for both the Dutch and international markets. Under his leadership, 4PS’ Product Management team has grown considerably in recent years, including the arrival of an Industry Analyst, UI/UX designer and more. The Product Management team guarantees the development of high-quality products and services that perfectly meet customers’ needs.

Matthijs has been with 4PS since 2018 and started his career with us as a consultant in the Construction Business Unit. As product manager, Matthijs is now responsible for both the service and maintenance module of 4PS Construct and the functional side of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. Matthijs gets energy from the balance between business and IT and the interplay between customer needs and product offering.

Michèle Frey-Hilti (elected until the 2025 Annual General Meeting) joined the Board of Directors in 2022. She studied at the European Business School London and graduated in 2011 with a BA in International Events Management. She is the granddaughter of the company founder, Professor Martin Hilti, and joined the Hilti Group in 2012. Her first position in the company was Customer Service Representative and she later served as a Product Manager. From 2016 to 2019, she was Managing Director of the Hilti Foundation, and subsequently held the position of Managing Director of the Hilti Family Foundation Liechtenstein until 2022. From 2015 to 2022 she headed the communications department of the Martin Hilti Family Trust. Michèle Frey-Hilti is Chairwoman of the Board of the Hilti Family Foundation Liechtenstein, member of the Board of the Hilti Foundation as well as the Hilti Art Foundation and Vice Chair of the Lebenswertes Liechtenstein Foundation.

Born in Sweden, Martin Inganäs is passionate about driving digital transformation in the construction industry. He is an industrial engineer and holds a PhD in innovation management. He started his professional career as a management consultant with Bain & Company. In 2011 he joined Hilti Corporation and led the launch of Hilti’s software solution for equipment management. In the current role he is Vice President for Strategy within Business Unit Construction Software.

Gerrit is a true veteran of software development for the construction industry with almost 30 years of experience. Since 2021, he has been using his expertise as Product Manager at 4PS, where he is responsible for a wide range of modules, including Financial, Material, HR & Hours. Gerrit enjoys brainstorming with customers on new functionalities that perfectly fit their unique workflows. Whether developing new solutions or optimising existing processes, Gerrit is always looking for ways to make 4PS Construct even more user-friendly and valuable for the end user.

Paula started as a trainee at 4PS 10 years ago and, as a board member, is now responsible for Product & Development across the 4PS Group. Ever since she was a teenager, Paula knew that her passion was not in calculations, but in creating beautiful new things. She therefore chose the creative path within ICT while studying Communication & Multimedia Design. After gaining experience as a 3D designer, she made the switch to the world of ERP with the traineeship at 4PS. With her eye for design and quality, she inspires her colleagues every day to develop the most user-friendly and high-quality software for companies in the construction industry. In her free time, Paula likes to enjoy peace and nature with her family.

Joost is product manager within 4PS. In this role, he is responsible for 4PS apps such as the Outside Sales App and immerses himself in key developments within the industry such as BIM and IoT. Joost has a technical background as a software developer. In that role, he designed and developed the 4PS Mobile app, for example.

Benjamin Nothaft, a graduate of TU München with a master’s degree in Business Administration and Engineering, serves as the Business Owner overseeing the Fieldwire business at Hilti Group for the Swiss, Austrian, Polish, and Dutch markets. Joining Hilti in 2022, he played a pivotal role in establishing Fieldwire in Central Europe, especially in Germany. Prior to his tenure at Hilti, he held various international management positions in sales and marketing at RATIONAL AG. In his most recent role as Global Segment Director, he spearheaded the worldwide business and development of the Retail division, overseeing the sales expansion of a SaaS solution for the foodservice sector.

Bert is Technical Solution Architect and Microsoft MVP. As Technical Solution Architect, he is responsible for Business Central’s technical platform and all integrations. Bert has been with 4PS for over 10 years and has worked with Navision since 2007; the predecessor of the current Business Central platform. Besides his work, Bert also keeps his own blog about everything surrounding Business Central and enjoys contributing to the Business Central community.

As Industry Analyst at 4PS, Jan Paul studies developments and trends in the construction industry. He does this across 3 axes: legislation and regulations, macro developments and trends, competition. Through close contact with customers, industry associations and other stakeholders, he gathers valuable insights that help 4PS respond even better to its customers’ needs.
